Orbia is designed as a local-first macOS app for managing agency operations.

Data Storage

Orbia stores your business data locally on your device. This may include leads, clients, projects, content plans, finance records, reports, backup files, and app settings.

Data Collection

Orbia does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data.

Accounts

Orbia does not require an account or login.

Analytics and Tracking

Orbia does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cross-app tracking.

Cloud Sync

Orbia does not upload your data to a cloud server.

If you manually export CSV files or create a backup file, you control where those files are saved and how they are shared.

In-App Purchases

Orbia may offer an optional in-app purchase called Orbia Pro.

Orbia Pro unlocks additional local app features such as unlimited records and CSV export. Purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.
